Job summary

ProQuality Network seeks a Process Development Scientist to design, implement, and execute experiments contributing to project goals. Under supervision, you will conceive, evaluate, and interpret strategies, ensuring protocol compliance.

The role requires process validation, formulation expertise, and strong English communication; bilingual English/Spanish ability; and the capacity to manage multiple projects while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5 years of scientific experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 6 years.
• Advanced scientific analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong laboratory skills with the ability to supervise and motivate others.
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, including technical writing.
• Experience with negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management.
• Creative in designing and executing scientific experiments.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Designing, monitoring, and conducting experimental strategies with general supervision.
• Providing data analysis and interpretation, assessing the impact on project outcomes.
• Staying up to date with scientific developments and technology advancements relevant to your field of expertise.
• Introducing advanced scientific methods and implementing new protocols to address project-specific challenges.
• Collaborating productively with other departments, offering input on experimental design and data interpretation.
• Independently authoring scientific reports, regulatory documents, and invention disclosure submissions.
• Participating in the external scientific community and representing the department on project teams.
• Following timelines to ensure project team work is completed efficiently and within schedule.
