Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with 2+ years in scientific work.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in scientific work.
• Experience preparing syringes and vials with defects for developmental studies and equipment setup.
• Experience with laboratory instruments (calipers, microscopes, analytical balances).
• Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills for creating controlled defects in materials.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Conceives, designs, executes or evaluates experimental strategies.
• Analyzes data and interprets impact on projects.
• Ensures studies comply with protocols and guidelines.
• Maintains current knowledge in relevant scientific areas.
• Leads collaboration within and outside the department when appropriate.
• Authors reports, regulatory documents, and project summaries.
