Job summary

Key duties include following protocols, improving workflows, maintaining batch records in an electronic lab notebook, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams while upholding safety standards.

The Process Dev Engineering Technician will be part of a team that supports cell therapy media development and scale up, working with the media and factor preparation teams to ensure components are prepared with high consistency and accuracy.

Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or relevant work with 0-3 years experience
• Large scale media or buffer prep experience in a bio-pharmaceutical setting working with interdisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate findings, progress, and problems.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to details.
