Job summary
On-Board Services, Incorporated is seeking a Process Development Engineer to operate within the Global Toppings, Creams, and Culinary Solutions Center of Excellence in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on process and product innovation, renovation, optimization, and cost savings for FMCG categories.

Qualifications
- Degree in Food, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years of industrial/applied research experience.
- Experience with FMCG production equipment.
- Experience with product/process development.
- Ability to work with manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Support current projects in the TCCS COE using engineering methods.
- Lead engineering on process and product innovations.
- Design, develop, and manage new equipment and complete process systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external centers, vendors, and design groups.
- Provide technical leadership for product and process development initiatives.
