Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Designer skilled in Plant 3D and Revit to join our design team in Salt Lake City. You will create 2D and 3D drawings, support project teams, and ensure designs meet discipline standards from concept through construction.

You will collaborate with engineers, check your work, and assist with specifications, field questions, and submittals. A High School Diploma and 3+ years of design experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in design and drafting software.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Plant 3D and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Creates 2D and 3D technical drawings and models using CAD systems such as AutoCAD and Revit, based on designs from engineering disciplines.
• Applies discipline design and detailing fundamentals to develop designs.
• Produces well-organized, finished drawings adhering to standards.
• Coordinates with Engineering to understand process design.
• Assists with specifications and design process standards.
• Performs analyses or calculations as assigned.
• Supports construction with shop drawings and submittals; field surveys as needed.
