Evonik is seeking an RD&I Scientist at our Tippecanoe Laboratories site to provide laboratory model and technical expertise for process chemistry, GMP production, and scale-up. Research, Development, and Innovation (RD&I) Scientists provide laboratory model and technical expertise to support the production and business goals of Tippecanoe Laboratories. As a part of the process team, the RD&I Scientist is primarily responsible for providing technical expertise regarding process chemistry, GMP production, and scale up. The RD&I Scientist is responsible for the generation and interpretation of laboratory data, for creating a robust and accurate process description from the customer data package, and technical support to GMP manufacturing. The RD&I Scientist is responsible for planning, initiating, and maintaining a laboratory program to supporting the introduction of new processes and the resolution of production upsets. The RD&I Scientist is also responsible for clear and accurate communication of process and production details internally and externally.
