Job summary
Minerals Technologies Inc. in Lucerne Valley, CA is seeking a Process Automation Technician to maintain field instruments, motor controls, and PLC-based automation systems.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical/instrumentation and industrial equipment/systems is required.
- Ability to read wiring schematics/diagrams and use a multimeter.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical/instrumentation/computer automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain field instruments, motor controls, smart sensors, and IO electronics.
- Program and calibrate smart motor controls and field instruments.
- Repair and upgrade automation systems and PLCs; maintain networks and sensors.
- Read manuals and schematics to perform maintenance; troubleshoot electronics/ networking.
- Promote safety culture and lead by example.
