Job summary

Amazon in Kent, WA is seeking a Process Assistant for Grocery Fulfillment Centers. You will support, mentor, and motivate teammates while helping to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 40 hours a week with overtime as needed, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and willingness to work in variable temperatures and shifts, including weekends and holidays. Starting pay is hourly and reflects shift differentials.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as a Process Assistant.

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Able to lift 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as well as continuously climb and descend stairs
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments, and grocery locations include refrigerated environments)

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
