Job summary

Ignite Digital Federal Services is seeking a Process Analyst to support a high-visibility Navy client engagement in Charleston, SC. You will improve workflows, drive data-driven decisions, and enable onboarding processes for personnel, CAC issuance, and base access.

The role emphasizes analytics, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a DoD security clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of government onboarding experience, with strong Excel,

Qualifications

  • DoD security clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college.
  • Three years of government onboarding experience (CAC issuance, clearance processing, base access, onboarding workflows).
  • High proficiency in process mapping and workflow design.
  • High proficiency in data visualization and data modeling.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience developing, implementing, supporting, and analyzing data models.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and translating requirements into measurable outputs.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver dashboards to reconcile KPIs and operational data for leadership.

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Support Navy clients on enterprise reporting initiatives and data-driven planning.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed specifications and reporting solutions.

Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for a Process Analyst supporting a highvisibility Navy client engagement in Charleston, SC. This role plays a critical part in helping the Navy recruit, onboard, and retain top talent by improving workflow efficiency and enabling datadriven decisionmaking. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with strong analytical skills, exceptional processmapping abilities, and relevant experience supporting government onboarding workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement solutions to optimize existing business processes in collaboration with subjectmatter experts.
  • * Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend automation or manpowerreduction strategies.
  • * Design and deliver dashboards to reconcile KPIs and operational data, enabling actionable insights for command leadership.
  • * Develop methods for collecting, analyzing, and managing data to improve data quality and workflow efficiency.
  • * Assess tools and technologies for suitability according to stakeholder and client requirements.
  • * Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and team members.
  • * Support Navy clients on enterprise reporting initiatives, objectives, and datadriven planning.
  • * Translate highlevel business requirements into detailed functional specifications, operational measures, and reporting solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
  • * Bachelor's Degree from accredited University/College
  • * Three (3) years of government onboarding experience (e.g., CAC issuance, clearance processing, base access, personnel onboarding workflows).
  • * High proficiency in process mapping and workflow design.
  • * High proficiency in Data Visualization and Data Modeling.
  • * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • * Experience developing, implementing, supporting, and analyzing data models.
  • * Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • * Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders from management to technical personnel, including translating business requirements into measurable outputs.
  • * Ability to take initiative, work independently, and quickly reassess priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active DoD SECRET Clearance.
  • * Knowledge of DoD/NAVWAR business practices, data management systems, and workflow processes.
  • * Familiarity with system development life cycle, software project management methodologies, requirements gathering, design, testing techniques, and DevOps/DevSecOps environments.
  • * Experience onboarding personnel supporting government contracts (e.g., CAC, clearance, base access).
  • * Adaptability, willingness to learn emerging technologies, and ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.

Salary: $65k+ to align with education and experience
