Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst to support enterprise application initiatives and operational efficiency across the organization. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing business processes across systems such as D365, ERP (Lean), Business Central, Salesforce, and eCommerce platforms. The Process Analyst will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, system administrators, and developers to drive system efficiency, reduce manual work, and ensure scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements in collaboration with the Business Applications team.
  • Document, map, and visualize workflows across departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) using standard tools and methodologies.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise systems including D365, Lean ERP, Business Central, Salesforce, and PartTrap.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications or process documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to streamline processes that result in measurable time and cost savings.
  • Conduct impact analyses on process changes and assess dependencies across applications and teams.
  • Assist in testing and validating process and system changes to ensure functionality and performance before deployment.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
  • Support end-user training and the development of training materials for new or revised processes and systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business or process analysis, preferably within IT, systems, or operations-heavy environments.
  • Proficiency with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and productivity tools (e.g., D365, Business Central, Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of business operations, workflow optimization, and change management principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma principles.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Confluence).
  • Experience supporting system implementations, migrations, or data integration projects.

Salary: $85,000- $90,000 per year (depends on experience level)
