Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a qualified Procedures Nurse (RN) to join our post-ICU care team. The role focuses on supervising Nursing Assistants and guiding perioperative procedures in the OR/Procedure Department.

The nurse provides coverage for a variety of procedures, ensures strict adherence to safety and documentation, and supports patient-centered, high-quality care with a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires valid State Registered Nurse License.
• BLS required.
• ACLS required or completed prior to end of orientation period (90 days).
• Competent with rhythm strip analysis and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Assistants and students in the Procedure/OR Department.
• Perform bedside procedures and OR/invasive procedures as listed.
• Maintain logs, equipment, sterilization, and inventory for procedures.
