Job summary

Providence Health & Services in Portland is seeking a Procedural Scheduler - Diabetes Education for the Day Shift to coordinate scheduling across office and hospital services. You will arrange appointments with external providers to ensure seamless, patient-centered care for those you serve.

The role requires 2 years of clinic or administrative experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, plus CPT/ICD10 knowledge.

Procedural Scheduler - Diabetes Education - Day Shift, Full-Time at Providence Health Plaza (HR) Bldg 1-Portland

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
