HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking a Procedural Inventory Operations Manager to oversee inventory flow in operating rooms, cath labs, and endoscopy. You will collaborate with clinical staff and vendors to procure supplies, optimize usage, and control costs.

The role focuses on standardized procedures, cycle counting, and data-driven improvements to support efficient patient care and resource utilization in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare supply chain management.
• Experience leading procedural-area supply chains is highly desirable.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• CSCP/CPSM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized procedures for procedural supply chain management.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimal waste.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Monitor supply chain metrics to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Forecast needs based on procedural schedules and historical data.
• Process purchase orders and track deliveries for timely receipt.
