Direct problem management is out of scope; your success is measured by how well your participants use the program you build to reduce defects, prevent incident recurrence, and reduce support contacts. You'll use a combination of ServiceNow and internal Amazon tools to meet the needs of your customers, drive adoption across organizational leaders, and continuously improve the program based on adoption data, trend analysis, and participant feedback.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
