The City of Lubbock is seeking Police Officers (Probationary) to join the Lubbock Police Department and serve the community while building a career in law enforcement. Applicants begin with the Probationary Police Officer Entrance Exam, proceed through the Physical Ability Test and background checks, and continue with additional pre-employment screenings before appointment.

Eligibility requires minimum age of 20 years and 182 days and a valid driver's license at appointment.

• Must pass Probationary Police Officer Entrance Exam before Physical Ability Test.
