Responsibilities

• Interviews offender, family, victim, and witnesses for presentence reports and rehab plan.
• Confers with legal representatives and reviews offender history documents.
• Compiles reports, testifies in court, and recommends release or institutionalization.
• Monitors compliance with court-ordered conditions and conducts field visits.
