Qualifications

• Experience in Probate, Estate Planning, Trusts, or Estate Administration is preferred.
• Accomplished paralegals from other practice areas with strong transferable legal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to take ownership, solve problems, anticipate next steps and move matters toward resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist with probate matters, estate planning and trusts.
• Manage files and maintain case organization to keep matters moving forward.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure timely resolutions.

Probate is detailed, challenging, and deeply client-focused. A single estate can involve court requirements, financial accounts, real estate, creditors, beneficiaries, tax professionals, investment advisors, distributions, and numerous moving pieces.

Behind all of those details is a family relying on our team to guide them through the process.

We’re looking for an experienced legal professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, anticipating next steps, and helping move a matter from beginning to resolution.

Experience in Probate, Estate Planning, Trusts, or Estate Administration is preferred; however, accomplished paralegals from other practice areas with strong transferable legal skills are encouraged to apply.
