Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Kissimmee, Florida seeks an experienced Probate and Estate Administration Attorney to join their team and build a probate practice area from the ground up, leveraging the firm’s resources and case volume to serve families needing estate administration services.

You will open and administer intestate estates, prepare and file petitions and inventories, and serve as the primary legal contact for families while coordinating with internal teams on strategy and filings.

Qualifications

• Florida probate and estate administration experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Probate Code and related processes.
• Highly organized and process-oriented with ability to manage a high-volume docket.

• Strong communication skills with families and internal stakeholders
• Experience in contested probate matters is preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
