ABOVE & BEYOND NANNY SERVICES INC is seeking a full-time nanny/household manager to support a high-energy family in the Minneapolis area. The role involves caring for four children (ages 6.5, 5, 2, and 3 months) with early mornings, light household duties, and pet care for a 30lb Mini Goldendoodle.

Compensation ranges from $29 to $35 per hour based on experience, with potential live-in arrangements. Occasional weekend hours and travel to Texas may be required.

Responsibilities

Morning teamwork: arrive at 7 AM to help with kids' breakfast while mom tends to the baby.
Daytime focus: assist with the baby and the 2-year-old during preschool days.
Afternoon/evening support: keep the home organized, prep dinner, and care for the dog.
Evening flexibility: occasionally stay with sleeping baby or coordinate with the evening sitter.
Travel: occasional short trips to Texas to visit family.
