Qualificações

• Significant professional experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Knowledge of Early Years development and ongoing professional development.
• Calm, engaged approach to childcare with strong emotional intelligence.
• Proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs without direction.
• Ability to collaborate with an involved parent and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for two children.
• Coordinate feeding, sleep routines and age-appropriate activities.
• Plan engaging activities and support early literacy and independence.
• Manage meals, grocery planning, packed lunches and batch cooking.
• Travel with the family and assist with scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain tidy shared spaces and manage children's items.
