Job summary

The Lewis Group in Orlando, FL is seeking an irrigation technician to monitor, test, troubleshoot and repair irrigation installations. You will observe pipe and valve placements, evaluate start-ups and winterization, and plan upgrades for client systems.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in irrigation installation/inspection/repair, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in irrigation installation, inspection and repair.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; ability to read site map-colored charts/legends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and test new installations; troubleshoot and repair irrigation problems.
• Observe pipe and valve placements and evaluate start-ups, winterization and operation.
• Plan and execute upgrades of client irrigation systems.
