Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Athletic Trainer (LAT) to support a professional USL soccer team. The role partners with the Head Athletic Trainer and medical staff to provide on-field care, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and return-to-play progression for elite soccer athletes, including travel with the team.

Qualifications

• Board of Certification (BOC) credential as Athletic Trainer in good standing.
• Eligible for or licensed as Athletic Trainer in Texas.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-field medical care during training and matches.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation/return-to-play programs.
• Attend practices, home and away matches; travel with team as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and manage supplies.
• Ensure compliance with league, organization, and state rules.
