Job Purpose

The Pro Shop Manager leads all golf shop operations. This includes sales, guest service, staff supervision, and support for daily course activities. The role also ensures company rules and standards are followed across the facility.

• Train, schedule, and lead pro shop, range, and cart staff

Working Conditions

• Work schedules vary based on business needs and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This role involves standing or walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Some climbing, bending, and reaching may be required. Vision needs include near, far, color, and peripheral focus.
