OVERVIEW

Under limited supervision provides high quality, friendly and outgoing customer service to the golfing public, perform assigned golf operational activities, and perform other duties as required.

KEY FUNCTIONS

• Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to the golfing public
• Starting functions such as taking reservations and assigning the play of golfers
• Collects fees; operates cash register/POS system and processes payments
• Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities
• May represent the course in professional golf activities as needed
• All other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to exert up to twenty-five pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects when needed. On a continuous basis, sit or stand for long periods of time; use a telephone, and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means; and lift or carry weight of 25 pounds or less.
