Job summary

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking a customer-oriented individual to assist in the pro shop. The ideal candidate will possess great customer service skills and handle various responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and hospitality.

This seasonal position involves welcoming patrons, managing sales, and providing high levels of service. The role also includes performing administrative tasks and adhering to the company dress code.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Well groomed and customer oriented.
• Willing to comply to dress code.

Responsibilities

• Spread goodwill among all patrons.

• Input customers into the computer.
• Answer telephones.
• Sell merchandise to customers.
• Provide the highest level of service.
• Perform all duties as prescribed by supervisor.
• Communicate all questions to immediate supervisor.
• Perform opening procedures as per operations manual.
