No previous paint or sales experience is required as Behr provides training; basic computer skills and a proactive, personable attitude are valued. Weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior paint or sales experience needed; training provided.
• Basic computer skills to use CRM and store tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist pro contractors in selecting Behr products and tinting as needed.
• Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce; follow up on jobs.
• Collaborate with Home Depot staff and Behr outside reps to serve pros.
• Provide a friendly, proactive in-store experience for professional customers.
