Job summary

Lowe’s in Appleton, WI is looking for a Loader to support Pro Desk and Garden Center through loading, stocking, and exceptional customer service. You’ll assist customers, help load vehicles, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced hardware store environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of computer and retail tech experience, plus a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computer data entry or similar tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment and technology safely (e.g., barcode scanners, phones, copiers).
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report safety hazards and security concerns to management.
