MaidPro in Nashville is seeking dependable team members for residential cleaning, using MaidPro’s 49-point checklist and proven systems to deliver exceptional results.

You’ll clean bathrooms, kitchens, dust, and floors, with a focus on detail and speed, while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment.

No prior cleaning experience is required—we provide training. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are needed, with REAL ID required within three weeks of hire.

Qualifications

• No cleaning experience required — we train you.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time.
• Positive attitude and clear communication.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work in homes with pets.
• REAL ID driver’s license required within 3 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Kitchens: countertops, appliances, sinks, and surfaces.
• Dusting: furniture, light fixtures, baseboards, and details.
• Floors: vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• General tidying, staging, and making homes look their best.
