• Support every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers; drive sales by leveraging product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics to drive store sales.
• Assist at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, and offering specialized product knowledge.
• Collaborate to maintain a clean and safe environment; resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold standards of customer service.
