Job summary

Community Legal Services in Orlando seeks a Pro Bono Staff Attorney to recruit, train, and supervise volunteer attorneys and students, coordinating clinics and outreach across the 12-county service area to expand access to justice.

You will partner with law firms, bar associations, and CLS teams to design education programs, mentor volunteers, track outcomes, and help deliver high-quality pro bono services to CLS clients.

Qualifications

• Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop legal educational programs to address needs identified by CLS Pro Bono Unit.
• Lead pro bono initiatives including clinics and outreach across the 12-county area.
• Serve as liaison for special projects and collaboration with other CLS teams.
• Mentor pro bono volunteers and track outcomes for impact evaluations.
