Northrop Grumman is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse professionals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Product Support Team. IBCS provides Command/Control and Integrated Fire Control capabilities for a distributed Air and Missile Defense Enterprise. The primary responsibilities involve the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. In this role, the Logistics Management Analyst will ensure the creations and execution of standard logistics processes including the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions are executed.
Primary Level Salary Range: $81,800.00 - $122,600.00
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
