Mitchell County Regional Health Center, located in Osage, Iowa, is a 25-bed critical access hospital with a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room. We perform over 1,300 surgical procedures annually across various specialties and serve a community of 10,600 residents.

The Diagnostic Radiographer will produce diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by radiologists in the Imaging Services Department.
- Day shift with rotating call/weekend package
- Weekend on-call: $100 (Friday night 5:30pm to Saturday 7:00am, Sunday night 6:00pm to Monday 7:00am)
- Weekend rate: $500 (Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm, Saturday 7:00am-8:30am on-call, Saturday 12:30pm-Sunday 6:00pm on-call)
- Hourly rate for training/extra shifts starts at $25.12, with increases based on experience
- Minimum of six shifts in six months, including one weekend and one holiday if applicable
