Job summary

A leading home health services provider is currently seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation services. The role involves assessing physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on physical therapy interventions. Candidates should possess either a Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy and a current state licensure. Experience in home health is preferred. This is a PRN position offering flexible scheduling covering preferred areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior experience in home health preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions.
