Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an Ultrasound Technician for a PRN role. The position supports diagnostic imaging services across departments, delivering timely ultrasound exams with attention to accuracy and patient care.

You will collaborate with radiology and nursing staff in a high-volume, acute-care environment. Ideal candidates hold ARDMS credentials and BLS certification, with graduation from an AMA-approved ultrasound program.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an American Medical Association approved school of ultrasound or equivalent internship.
• Current licensure with the RDMS.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.

Responsibilities

• Receives, initiates and implements orders for ultrasound sonography exams/procedures using a high degree of quality and timeliness.

Education

Graduation from AMA approved ultrasound school

Current RDMS licensure

Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification
