Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Pryor, OK is seeking a PRN Ultrasound Tech to support diagnostic imaging services. You will operate ultrasound equipment, position patients, and ensure accurate imaging across a range of examinations in a busy hospital setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient prep, maintaining image quality, and communicating with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and timely exam reporting. Prior ultrasound experience and ARDMS/ARRT eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be registered by RDMS/ARRT or ARDMS registry eligible with registry within one year of hire.
• Successful completion of the SPI examination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ultrasound scanners.
• Transporting patients to and from the department.
• Scheduling patients, answering questions, and calling exam reports.
• Must be able to maintain a high standard of imaging.
• Must be able to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
• Keep a helpful attitude toward patients, their families, office personnel, physicians, and associates.
• Must be able to coordinate patient prepping and scanning to maximize smooth patient flow.
