Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound Technology program.
• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience performing ultrasound procedures in a clinical setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Prepare patients for examinations, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring function and cleanliness.
• Document and report findings to the radiologist for interpretation.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and optimize imaging services.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulatory and safety standards.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with ultrasound technology.
