Job summary

Seymour Crossing in Seymour, IN is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) for a PRN role. The Therapy CNA will support residents by assisting with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and work closely with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated care.

PRN

Therapy CNAs play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident’s well-being is prioritized. Requirements:

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
