East Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) to support residents with daily living activities and provide companionship in a compassionate, homelike environment.

The Therapy CNA collaborates with therapy and facility teams to deliver coordinated care, requires Indiana CNA certification, and the ability to perform physical tasks. This is a Part-Time position with benefits and opportunities for growth within American Senior Communities.

Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) Opportunity at East Lake

Requirements:
