Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our on-site team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver therapy across speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing domains.

Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure holistic care, monitor progress, and educate families on goals and home programs. A Utah license and relevant experience are required; pay is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Utah Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy plans.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab team.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents and families on goals and home programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
