Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services per physician orders and professional standards.
• Develops a plan of care with short and long term goals.
• Performs skilled treatments per plan of care.
• Documents observations and patient progress within required timeframes.
• Completes all required documentation timely and per regulations.
• Handles billing for skilled services on the date of provision.
