Job summary

Greenfield Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team on the Whitewater, WI campus. You’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care while navigating complex patient presentations and fast-paced transitions of care.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, and discuss potential for 1-2 days per week depending on scheduling and needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful, patient-centered speech-language therapy to seniors across multiple levels of care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and transitions.
• Deliver high-quality therapy while operating at the top of the licensed scope.
