Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY Speech Clinical Fellows or students as applicable.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with policies and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and educate residents and families on home programs.
