We value clinician leadership and collaboration, offering a daytime PRN schedule at Avalon Health & Rehab Center in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. A Master's degree in SLP and CCC-SLP are required, with a state license and up-to-date credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license with CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
