Qualifications

• Certificate/license: SLP and BLS (within 30 days of hire or transfer).

• Performs clinical documentation and enters charges accurately.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and care team.
• Supervises students and clinical fellows while adhering to supervision guidelines.
• Advances clinical skills through ongoing education and evidence-based practice.
