Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology as recognized by ASHA.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication, swallowing, and related functions.
• Design and execute individualized rehab plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and teammates to ensure continuity of care.
• Address whole-patient needs and adapt plans across settings.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Support referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
