Job summary

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN opportunity at our assisted living community in New City, NY. Schedule is M-F with no evenings or weekends, offering a purpose-driven role in a therapy-led organization.

You will assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and work with a multidisciplinary team across settings including nursing facilities and hospitals. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or license eligible.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required.
• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing.
• Implement evidence-based therapies and monitor treatment plans.
• Document evaluations and progress in EHR with compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in multidisciplinary teams.
