Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluation and assessment to create an effective care plan.
• Applies integrative treatment to improve the patient’s functional level.
• Maintains thorough electronic documentation with proper coding and billing.
• Communicates with other disciplines and referring providers to enhance outcomes.
• Mentors new partners and participates in performance improvement processes.
• Plans lectures and training programs on speech language pathology for staff, students and community groups.
