Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including comprehensive assessments and documentation.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluations and evolving health care needs.
• Completes discharge planning and follow-up care with accurate documentation.
• Demonstrates effective time management and meets productivity expectations.
• Takes initiative in continuing education and mentoring new staff and students.
