Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (preferred).
• Strong assessment, diagnostics, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and observations.
• Implement evidence-based therapies for various disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress and treatment plans in EMR/EHR.
