Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN role at Willowdale Nursing & Rehab Center in New Holstein, Wisconsin. You will join a team led by experienced therapists, assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and tailor plans to individual patients while maintaining clinical voice.

This role offers daytime PRN shifts and mentorship within a supportive setting that values quality care and collaboration with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
